Miles F. Thompson - Chairman - Age 45 Mr. Thompson is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Lara Exploration Ltd., a mineral exploration company working in Brazil and Peru, the common shares of which are listed on the Exchange. Mr. Thompson has been involved in mineral exploration for twenty years as a project generator, consultant and manager for both large and small companies. Mr. Thompson worked as a contractor to Lac Minerals Ltd. and then Barrick Gold Corporation between 1993 and 1996 and subsequently worked with Mineral Resources Development Inc. (now a wholly owned subsidiary of AMEC plc) on the privatization of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD) in 1996. From 1997 to 1998 he was the Brazil representative for Newcrest and in 1999 became the Brazil representative for Gold Fields Limited. Mr. Thompson joined Gold Fields Limited as an employee in 2000 initially as Senior Geologist then later Manager Business Development, in which role he initiated the acquisitions of the Cerro Corona copper-gold deposit in Peru and the Bolivar Gold assets in Venezuela. Based in Johannesburg (2004) and Oxford (2005) he worked on joint ventures and acquisitions in Africa, Canada, Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Mr. Thompson is a geology graduate of the University of Bristol (UK). Michael D. Winn - Director - Age 44 Mr. Winn is currently President of Terrasearch Inc., a private consulting company that provides analysis on mining and energy companies. Prior to forming his own company in 1997, Mr. Winn spent four years as an analyst for a Southern California based brokerage firm where he was responsible for the evaluation of emerging oil and gas and mining companies. Mr. Winn has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1983 and the mining industry since 1992. Mr. Winn is a director of Quest (TSX: QC) as well as a director of several mining companies that are involved in mineral exploration in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Mr. Winn has completed graduate course work in accounting and finance and received a B.S. in geology from the University of Southern California. Patrick Trustram Eve - Director - Age 34 Mr. Trustram Eve worked at Anglo American Corporation as an analyst, involved in operational and project finance at various locations in Chile and Colombia between 1996 and 1999. He then co-founded ITC Ventures in 2000, a Venture Capital Fund, with a focus on seed capital and distressed company turnaround investments in Argentina, Brazil and Chile. Mr. Trustram Eve was Chief Operating Officer of ITC Ventures and took operational roles and directorships in several of the investments. He is currently based in London where he consults on venture capital opportunities and is Managing Director of TranslateMedia, a language services provider founded in 2005. Mr. Trustram Eve holds a masters degree in modern languages from Edinburgh University. Simon Ingram - Director - Age 37 Dr. Ingram is the founder and principal of Ankobra Resource Services Ltd., through which he provides technical and managerial expertise to exploration and mining companies world-wide, throughout the project cycle from early-stage exploration projects to feasibility studies, mine start up and production. Recent projects include project management for the start up of Sungun Copper Project in Iran for Rio Tinto. Dr. Ingram consulted to the Deno Kapan polymetallic mine in Armenia recalculating and upgrading resources and reserves, helped secure a US$5m loan from the EBRD and worked on the subsequent sale of mine for 10x uplift on original investment in four years. Dr. Ingram acted as a consultant to AIM-listed Cluff Gold, undertaking resource calculations, competent persons reports, exploration development planning and presentation to institutional investors. Other clients have included; Gold Fields Ltd., Anglo American plc, AUR Resources, Crew Gold, Oxus Gold plc, MINMET plc and Normandy (Africa). Dr Ingram holds a B.Sc. (Hon) and Ph.D in Mineral Resource Evaluation from Cardiff University. Dale Peniuk Since early 2006, Mr. Peniuk has been providing financial consulting services to a number of mining companies and currently serves on the Board and as Audit Committee Chair of Lundin Mining Corporation (TSX and NYSE), Corriente Resources Inc. (TSX and AMEX) and Rainy River Resources Ltd. (TSXV) and on the Board and Audit Committee of Quest Capital Corp. (TSX and AMEX). Until February 2006, Mr. Peniuk was an assurance partner with KPMG�s Vancouver office specializing in the mining area and the leader of KPMG�s Vancouver office mining industry group. In addition to his mining industry and auditing background, Mr. Peniuk has extensive experience in assisting Canadian and foreign companies to register their securities in Canada, United States and elsewhere and has been actively involved in the corporate finance area for his clients, including assistance with financings, due diligence on potential merger and acquisition opportunities and divestiture transactions.

Miljana Vidovic - President and Chief Executive Officer - Age 39 Ms. Vidovic is a co-founder and principal of Pinetree Exploration Ltd. and of Renewable Energy Ventures (BVI) Ltd. which are focused on the acquisition of mining and renewable energy concessions in Serbia. Ms. Vidovic worked as the Serbian Representative for Gold Fields International on the Crni Vrh Copper-Gold Concession Tenders between 2004 and early 2006. From 1999 through mid-2006, she was Business Development Manager for Tractebel (Indo Suez Group), involved in the identification of acquisition targets, tender process coordination and government relations in South Eastern Europe. Ms. Vidovic holds a diploma in International Economics and Foreign Trade from European University in Geneva, Switzerland and a diploma in business administration from the Belgrade Economics University. Michael Sadhra - Chief Financial Officer Mr Sadhra is currently Chief Financial Officer of Lara Exploration Ltd., a mineral exploration company working in Brazil and Peru, the common shares of which are listed on the Exchange. Mr. Sadhra holds a B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Accountant. From 1999 to 2006 he was employed at KPMG LLP Chartered Accountants where he specialized in corporate Canadian and international taxation for mining companies. Michele Ognissanti � Vice President � Age 33 Mr Ognissanti has been working in an Italian corporate finance boutique since 2000, providing advisory services in M&A, corporate restructuring, special management procedures, IPOs an privatization processes. At the beginning of 2006 he was appointed branch manager for the new office in Belgrade. He focused specifically on the energy sector undertaking negotiations with local authorities and the Serbian Government regarding investments in hydropower plants and wind farm projects. In april 2007 he was nominated Economic Advisor to the Cabinet Office of the Prime Minister, in Italy. Mr Ognissanti holds a degree cum laude in Business Economics from LIUC University and a postgraduate specialization in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management. Aleksandar Obrenovic � Managing Director SEE Serbia � Age 43 Mr Obrenovic has been involved with precious and base metals exploration for over seventeen years. Prior to joining Reservoir Capital Corp. he use to be a principal geologist of Company for mineral resources SEE, member of Eurasian Minerals Inc. (TSX: EMX.V). Since June 2006. he was appointed managing director of Company for mineral resources SEE - Serbia. Before that Mr. Obrenovic spent twelve years, working in Serbian National Geological Institute "Geoinstitut" Beograd, participating in several international and Serbia in-country mineral exploration projects and scientific studies. Mr. Obrenovic was a member of the editorial board and technical editor of several special geological publications and university textbooks. Mr Obrenovic holds a degree of graduated engineer of economic geology from faculty of Mining and geology, University of Belgrade. Kim C. Casswell - Corporate Secretary - Age 50 Since 1994, Ms. Casswell has been the Corporate Secretary of several public companies listed on the Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Ms. Casswell has played an important role in the growth of these companies and is familiar with regulations governing public companies in several jurisdictions.

Alexander Yakubchuk -Advisor Alexander Yakubchuk is an exploration geologist with more than 14 years exploration experience in the states of the Former Soviet Union (�FSU�), including Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, as well as internationally in Australia, Mongolia, China, Canada and Europe. He is currently working as CEO and a Director of Lero Gold (TSX-V: LER). Most recently he held the position of Exploration Manager for Europe and the FSU for Gold Fields International Services Ltd. Dr Yakubchuk has worked and consulted to companies such as BHP-Billiton, Norilsk Nickel, Goldcorp, Rio Tinto, World Bank and Inco and been an Associate Professor at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Igor Tadic -Advisor Igor Tadic is a mining engineer who has worked in the Serbian mining sector for Atlas Copco and Mining Technics AD. Since Serbia returned to democracy in 2000, Mr. Tadic has held positions as an Economic Advisor to Cabinet of Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic, as Director of the Directorate for Water Management of Republic of Serbia, Economic Adviser to the Cabinet of the President of Serbia Boris Tadic and has also acted as President and Member of Managing Board of a number of companies and government agencies involved in the restructuring and privatization in the water sector in Serbia. Mark Monaghan -Advisor Mr. Monaghan has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate development experience with Canadian investment banking firms and public companies. Mr. Monaghan currently serves as a consultant to companies and financial institutions in corporate development and merchant banking. Most recently he held the position of President, Quest Securities Corporation, where he acted as financial advisor, raising equity capital for resource companies. Mr. Monaghan currently sits on the board of directors of several public companies and on the advisory committee of Forsys Metals Corp. Mr. Monaghan holds a B.A. in Economics from Queen's University and a B.Comm. from the University of Windsor.
